Refund policy

I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours from placement.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details

-Returns/Refunds of FREE SHIPPING orders. If the order is/was free shipping and buyer wishes to return the item buy must pay return shipping. Buyer will also only be refunded the cost of the item minus our shipping cost to you.
EXAMPLE: Item cost 34.00$ with free shipping, buyer returns item for refund. Buyers refund will be ~30.00$.

-After washing items and/or wearing items can not be returned. Items can not be used.

-For wrong color returns items must still be in there own clear packages with seal unbroken.(Photos Required)

-Custom orders can not be returned. Examples of custom orders include:
Hair clips, badge reels, paper clips, 'felties' being glued to hardware of your choice.

-Refunds will not include shipping to or from you.
