Return Policy

Returns Accepted  based on terms below

Contact by email within: 3 days of delivery           Email Fleetmade@gmail.com for returns & replacements.    
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery                                                                                                         Return process time: 2 business days                                                                                                                                                         

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours from placement.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale (clearance and sales events)

Returns and exchange details

-Returns/Refunds of FREE SHIPPING orders. If the order is/was free shipping and the buyer wishes to return the item, the buyer must pay return shipping. Buyer will also only be refunded the cost of the item minus our shipping cost to you.
EXAMPLE: Item cost 34.00$ with free shipping, buyer returns item for refund. The buyer's refund will be ~30.00$.

-After washing items and/or wearing items can not be returned. Items can not be used.

-For wrong color returns items must still be in there own clear packages with seal unbroken.(Photos Required)

-Custom orders can not be returned. Examples of custom orders include:
Hair clips, badge reels, paper clips, 'felties' being glued to hardware of your choice.

-Refunds will not include shipping to or from you.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Email marketing is only with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Terms of service

 

None of the clothing nor fabric is pre-washed per Paypal's guidelines for new products. This is the same as with clothes you purchase in stores. Unless otherwise noted on item description.  Some shrinkage will occur.

Everything sold in my shop is made in an office,  Which is pet free and smoke free. Located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
